The plaintiff was, up to February 2, 1984, the registered
proprietor of an estate in fee simple in a parcel of land at Forest
Hills, Saint Andrew, registered at Vol. 1155 Folio 537 of the
Register Book of Titles. On that date, the first defendant was
registered as proprietor .of an estate in fee simple in the said
parcel of land.
