FORUM NON CONVENIENS

This matter began on August 24, 2004 with an urgent ex parte application

by Miss Nadine Grant for an injunction restraining Mr. Robinson from taking

his daughter out of Jamaica back to the United States of America. This was an

mother of ,the child. I granted this injunction and set the matter down for an

inter partes hearing on August 30, 2004. Unfortunately the matter was not

heard until September 7, 2004. Because of the urgency of the matter
