n <,- Plaintiff Delroy Parchment is a 26 year old peddlar who resides at Old
Harbour Bay in St Catherine. On the 3" December, 1992, he filed a writ of
summons in which he claims against the first, second and third defendants --
jcintly and severally for negligence. He alleges that between the months of
January and February, 1992 the said defendants maliciously or without
